Multidisciplinary artist, director and choreographer

He began his dance career as Break Dancer in his hometown, Salamanca. Breaking led him to compete at the highest level all around the world. This language of urban dance inspires the common language in all of his creations. Also he handles the circus element of Cyr Wheel with virtuosity.

Nowadays, David regularly works on large opera productions at the Teatro Real under the direction of acclaimed directors such as Romeo Castellucci, Claus Guth, Hugo de Ana, Déborah Warner, and Robert Wilson, with whom he has been collaborating since 2016. He is part of the opera Turandot, directed by Wilson, currently on a world tour, where he plays the role of the Prince of Persia and other characters in this grand production.
